Terms and ConditionsTerms and Conditions Apartment Railing Systems These Terms and Conditions govern all proposals, sales, fabrication, and installation services provided by Apartment Railing Systems. By approving a quote, shop drawings, or placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Custom Commercial Products – No Returns All railing systems supplied by Apartment Railing Systems are custom-designed and fabricated specifically for each commercial project. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once fabrication has commenced. Approvals & Sign-Offs Prior to fabrication, customers are required to review and approve: Final shop drawings Dimensions, layouts, and specifications Finishes and material selections Applicable code requirements Customer approval constitutes full acceptance and authorization to proceed. Apartment Railing Systems is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval. Changes & Revisions Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs, schedule impacts, and revised lead times. Changes must be approved in writing. Measurements & Site Conditions Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for providing accurate field measurements and site conditions. Apartment Railing Systems is not liable for discrepancies caused by inaccurate information or jobsite changes. Code Compliance Our railing systems are designed to meet applicable commercial building codes based on the information provided at the time of design. Final code approval rests with local authorities having jurisdiction. Limitation of Liability Apartment Railing Systems’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials as determined under warranty. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or project delay damages. Acceptance Payment, signed proposals, or approved shop drawings constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
